With this mod, the sun shines brighter, the skies look bluer and the shadows are animated! After many hours of looking through the SimCity_1.dat file and messing with exemplar settings, I have managed to make this game look more like real life! I even modeled a realistic atmosphere in 3Ds max and figured out how to make shadows move!
